CHECK - IN & CHECK - OUT TIME

• Check - In time will be 12 noon and Check - Out time at 11:00 AM.
• Early Check - In or Late Check - Out are subject to availability.
• Early Check - In or Late Check - Out will be charged per night's room rate.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• Cancellation before 48 hours of check in - No cancellation charges
• Cancellation less than 48 hours of check in - 50% of first night rate charged as retention
• Cancellation less than 24 hours of check in - 100% of fist night rate charged as retention

 

 

BOOKING TERMS

• Minimum of 50% Advance deposit required for confirmation of reservation and balance 50% payment at the time of check in.
• Rates are subject to change without prior intimation
• All Govt. taxes & duties prevailing on the date will be charged extra over and above the room rates/meal charges.
• One child under 5 years can stay free of charge, using the existing beds. Older child or adult is charged Rs. 600/- per person per night. The maximum number of extra bed that can be provided in a room is one.
• There is no capacity for providing extra cots in the room.

INTERNET

• Wi Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

 

PARKING

• Free Parking is allowed at the hotel site on first come first basis. Parking is available on the street outside the hotel at the risk and cost of the owner...

 

GENERAL HOTEL POLICY

The hotel reserves the right of admission. According to the Govt. Regulations a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. Accepted IDs are Drivers Licence, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport & Ration Card. Accordingly, without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in and the Hotel will not be responsible for any check in denied to any guests due to the aforesaid reason. The standard check in time is 12 noon and the check out time is 11 am.

The room tariff is exclusive of all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, snacks or telephone call charges) which will be charged extra at the time of check out.

Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as 'couple', if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check in.

Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.

We do not accept cheque at the hotel desk. All final settlement should be done at the hotel before the departure of the guest/group, in cash or credit card.

Hotel premises are under 24 hour camera surveillance. Please allow your baggage to undergo security checks. Strict security system is being followed to ensure your own safety and we are confident of your total cooperation.
 

CHILD POLICY

• Infants & children bellow the age of 5 years will be complimentary without extra mattress.
• Children between age of 5 to 12 years are charged INR 160/- per night per child without extra mattress inclusive of breakfast. If extra mattress is taken then chargeable.
• Children, age of 12 years & above charged as per extra adult rates INR 600/- per night per child with extra mattress inclusive of breakfast.

 

PETS

• Hotel does not allow any pets within the area.
